Every Hero Has a Story, the 2015 Children's Summer Reading Program, will be held June 8th-July 4th. All children birth to 4th grade (Fall 2015) are invited to participate. The program is FREE. Registration starts May 18th and can be completed online at www.estherville.lib.ia.com, by phone, or in person in the Children's Dept.
