Twenty-four area high schools will perform at the 2016 Show/Jazz Choir Festival. Show Choirs performing on Tuesday, Jan. 26th will be Estherville Lincoln Central at 9:40 a.m.; Pocahontas Showstoppers, 10:30 a.m.; Spirit Lake Music Factory, 12:00 p.m.; Sibley-Ocheyedan, 12:50 p.m.; and North Union HS, 1:40 p.m. Jazz Choirs performing on Tuesday, Jan. 26 will be Spencer Pieces of Jazz, 7:40 a.m.; Cherokee Washingon, 8:20 a.m.; Okoboji, 9:00 a.m.; Spirit Lake, 9:40 a.m.; Algona, 10:20 a.m.; Sibley-Ocheyedan, 11:00 a.m.; Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn, 11:40 a.m.; Algona, 12:35 p.m.; South O'Brien, 1:15 p.m.; Harris-Lake Park, 1:55 p.m.; GTRA HS, 2:35 p.m.; Spencer Chromatic Jazz at 3:15 p.m.
Show Choirs performing at Wednesday, Jan. 27 include: GTRA Jr. High, 8:15 a.m.; North Union Middle School, 9:00 a.m.; Ruthven-Ayrshire - Legacy Elite 9:45 a.m.; Webster City Music 'n' Motion, 10:30 a.m.; Sheldon Show Choir, 11:15 a.m.; Emmetsburg Black & Gold, 12:30 p.m.; and Sheldon Jazz Choir at 1:15 p.m.
All performs are open to the public at no charge. Please note performances are held at two locations incuding the gymnasium and the aud (Room 16) on the Estherville campus.
