Event Description
The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is brought to you by Avera Holy Family Hospital and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).
It is a proven weight loss program that cuts your risk of developing diabetes in half.
The DPP begins on Wednesday January 11th, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at the RWC. It will run for 16 weeks 1/11/17-4/26/17, followed by monthly meetings until the end of the year.
The class is fun, interactive, and informative!
The fee is $125.00 BUT you will get your $ back if you attend at least 80% of the classes.
