About the Workshop

What exactly does "accountability" mean, and even more importantly, how do we get ourselves, together with our team and organization, to enthusiastically embrace – instead of conveniently avoid – accountability?

This four-part "hands-on" workshop offers practical and effective strategies not only to reinvent, but also to instill, accountability within your business or organization. It is particularly appropriate for directors, managers, supervisors, team leaders, and team members on a leadership track.

The workshop encompasses:

  • reading and studying The Oz Principle, a best-selling and game-changing book that offers a proven framework to encourage accountability at the individual, team, and organizational level;
  • reviewing case studies to contrast accountable from unaccountable business strategies; and
  • designing and implementing accountability projects or initiatives in your business or organization.

The workshop fee includes a paperback edition of The Oz Principle.
